حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ الشِّيرَازِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ الْمُؤَذِّنُ، ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْصُورُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ شَيْبَةَ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، قَالَتْ: خَرَجْنَا مُحْرِمِينَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ فَلْيَقُمْ عَلَى إِحْرَامِهِ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ هَدْيٌ فَلْيُحْلِلْ» ، فَلَمْ يَكُنْ مَعِي هَدْيٌ فَحَلَلْتُ، وَكَانَ مَعَ الزُّبَيْرِ فَلَمْ يَحْلِلْ فَلَبِسْتُ ثِيَابِي، ثُمَّ جِئْتُ فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِ الزُّبَيْرِ فَقَالَ: قَوْمِي عَنِّي، فَقُلْتُ: تَخْشَى أَنْ أَثِبَ عَلَيْكَ
Sayyidah Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) said: We set out in the state of ihram, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever has a hady (sacrificial animal) with him should remain in his ihram, and whoever does not have a hady with him should come out of ihram." I had no hady with me, so I came out of ihram; Zubayr had a hady with him, so he did not come out of ihram. So I put on my clothes, then came and sat beside Zubayr, and he said: Move away from me. I said: Are you afraid that I will leap upon you?
