Sayyidah Asma' bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) said: I came to Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) and the people were standing, and she too was praying. I asked: What is the matter with the people? She pointed with her hand towards the sky and said: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah). I asked: Is it a sign? She indicated with her head: yes. I stood until I began to faint, so I started pouring water over my head. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) finished the prayer, he (peace and blessings be upon him) praised Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, and extolled Him, then said: "There was nothing that I had not seen before except that I have seen it in this place of mine, even Paradise and Hell. And it has been revealed to me that you will be tried in the graves like - or close to, the narrator does not remember which word Asma' (may Allah be pleased with her) said - the trial of the Dajjal, the False Messiah. Each one of you will be approached and it will be said to him: What do you know about this man? The believer - or the one with certainty, the narrator does not remember which word Asma' (may Allah be pleased with her) said - will say: This is Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah; he came to us with clear proofs and guidance, so we responded and followed. Then it will be said: We knew that you were a believer in him - this will be said three times. And the hypocrite - or the doubter, the narrator does not remember which word Asma' (may Allah be pleased with her) said - will say: I heard the people saying something, so I said it too."
