حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ النَّوْفَلِيُّ الْمَدَنِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ، ثنا مَعِينُ بْنُ عِيسَى، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، «أَنَّهُ لَمَّا قُتِلَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ كَانَ عِنْدَهَا شَيْءٌ أَعْطَاهَا إِيَّاهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَقَطٍ فَفَقَدَتْهُ، فَأَمَرَتْ بِطَلَبِهِ فَلَمَّا وَجَدَتْهُ خَرَّتْ سَاجِدَةً»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) that when Abdullah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with them both) was martyred, she had something that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) had given her in a small piece (of cloth). She lost it, so she ordered that it be searched for, and when it was found she fell down in prostration.
