حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ فَرُّوخَ أَبِي بَكَّارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَلِيطٍ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَكَانَ أَخَاهَا مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يُصَلِّي عَلَيْهِ أُمَّةٌ إِلَّا شُفِّعُوا فِيهِ» . وَكَانَ أَبُو الْمَلِيحِ يَقُولُ: الْأُمَّةُ أَرْبَعُونَ فَصَاعِدًا
Sayyidah Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her), whose foster brother was Abdullah bin Salit, narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no Muslim over whom a congregation offers the funeral prayer but that their intercession for him is accepted."
