حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ، قَالَتْ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ فَأْرَةٍ وَقَعَتْ فِي سَمْنٍ، قَالَ: «خُذُوهَا وَمَا حَوْلَهَا فَاطْرَحُوهُ وَكُلُوا سَمْنَكُمْ»
Sayyidah Maymunah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about a mouse that had fallen into ghee, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take it out along with what is around it, throw it away, and eat the rest of your ghee."
