أم الحسن، عن أم سلمة، الحسن عن أمه
Umm al-Hasan from Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her); al-Hasan from his mother
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 20171 — the Prophet ﷺ said: In every rak'ah

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُسْتَمِرِّ الْعُرُوقِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو هَمَّامٍ الْخَارِكِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي عَدِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ، عَنْ أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ تَشَهُّدٌ وَتَسْلِيمٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَلِينَ، وَعَلَى مَنْ تَبِعَهُمْ مِنْ عِبَادِ اللهِ الصَّالِحِينَ»
It is narrated from Sayyidah Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In every rak'ah there is a tashahhud and a greeting of peace upon the Messengers and upon those of Allah's righteous servants who follow them."
