حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، أنا سَعِيدٌ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، أَنَّ عَمْرَو بْنَ الْعَاصِ، قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَيُّ النَّاسِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْكَ؟، قَالَ: «عَائِشَةُ» ، قَالَ: مِنَ الرِّجَالِ، قَالَ: «أَبُو بَكْرٍ»
Abdullah bin Shaqiq related that Sayyiduna Amr bin al-As (may Allah be pleased with him) said: O Messenger of Allah, who is the most beloved of people to you? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Aishah." He asked: Among the men? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Abu Bakr."
