حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ غَزِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي غَزِيَّةَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَجْمَعُوا بَيْنَ اسْمِي وَكُنْيَتِي»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Ghaziyyah al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not combine my name and my kunyah."
