حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ، ثنا عَارِمٌ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ، قَالَا: ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثنا عَاصِمُ الْأَحْوَلُ، ثنا كُرَيْبُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، أَخِي أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اللهُمَّ اجْعَلْ فَنَاءَ أُمَّتِي بِالطَّعْنِ وَالطَّاعُونِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Burdah bin Qays (may Allah be pleased with him), the brother of Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah, make the death of my Ummah through spear wounds and plague."
