حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ، ثنا أَبِي، ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا دُحَيْمُ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «النَّدَمُ تَوْبَةٌ، وَالتَّائِبُ مِنَ الذَّنْبِ كَمَنْ لَا ذَنْبَ لَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'd al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Remorse is repentance, and the one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin."
