حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ خُلَيْدِ الْحَلَبِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلَّامٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ سَلَّامٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَلَّامٍ، يَقُولُ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ قَيْسَ بْنَ الْحَارِثِ الْكِنْدِيَّ، حَدَّثَ الْوَلِيدَ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ رَبِّي وَعَدَنِي أَنْ يُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي سَبْعِينَ أَلْفًا بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ، وَيُشَفِّعَ كُلَّ أَلْفٍ لِسَبْعِينَ أَلْفًا، ثُمَّ يَحْثِي رَبِّي ثَلَاثَ حَثَيَاتٍ بِكَفَّيْهِ» ، قَالَ قَيْسٌ: فَقُلْتُ لِأَبِي سَعْدٍ: أَنْتَ سَمِعْتَ هَذَا مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: نَعَمْ، بِأُذُنِي وَوَعَاهُ قَلْبِي، قَالَ أَبُو سَعْدٍ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «ذَاكَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ مُسْتَوْعِبٌ مُهَاجِرِي أُمَّتِي وَيُوَفِّي اللهُ مِنْ أَعْرَابِنَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'd al-Khayr al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My Lord has promised me that He will admit seventy thousand of my Ummah into Paradise without reckoning, and will accept the intercession of every thousand for seventy thousand. Then my Lord will grant three more handfuls with His two hands." Qays said: I asked Abu Sa'd: Did you hear this from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) yourself? He said: Yes, with my own ears, and my heart retained it. Abu Sa'd said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "That, if Allah wills, will suffice for the Muhajirun of my Ummah, and Allah will complete it from among our Bedouins."
