يزيد بن أخت نمر بن قاسط الكندي أبو السائب " وهو يزيد بن عبد الله بن سعد بن الأسود بن ثمامة بن الشيطان يقظان بن الحارث بن عمرو بن معاوية بن الحارث، والنمر حليف لبني عامر بن صعصعة كان يزيد حليفا لأبي سفيان بن حرب، وقد صحب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأمره
Yazid, nephew of Namir bin Qasit al-Kindi, Abu al-Sa'ib (may Allah be pleased with him); he is Yazid bin Abdullah bin Sa'd bin al-Aswad bin Thumamah bin al-Shaytan Yaqzan bin al-Harith bin Amr bin Mu'awiyah bin al-Harith; al-Namir were allies of Banu Amir bin Sa'sa'ah; Yazid was an ally of Abu Sufyan bin Harb; he accompanied the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who appointed him a commander

حَدَّثَنَا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا أَسَدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا يَأْخُذَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ مَتَاعَ أَخِيهِ لَا لَاعِبًا وَلَا جَادًّا، وَإِذَا أَخَذَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَصا أَخِيهِ فَلْيَرُدَّهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Yazid, the son of the sister of Namir, Abu al-Sa'ib (may Allah be pleased with him), that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "None of you should take his brother's belongings, neither in jest nor in earnest; and if any of you takes his brother's staff, let him return it."
