Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18811 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed

حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَهْبٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ دِينَكُمْ نُبُوَّةٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ، ثُمَّ خِلَافَةٌ وَرَحْمَةٌ، ثُمَّ مُلْكًا وَجَبْرِيَّةٌ، ثُمَّ مُلْكًا عَضُوضًا يُسْتَحَلُّ فِيهِ الْحِرُ وَالْحَرِيرُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Tha'labah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, your religion is prophethood and mercy, then caliphate and mercy, then tyrannical kingship, then there will come an oppressive kingship in which the private parts (fornication) and silk will be treated as lawful."
