حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْخَفَّافُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِيِّ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «نَهَى عَامَ خَيْبَرَ، عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْإِنْسِيَّةِ، وَأَنْ تُوطَأَ حُبْلَى مِنَ السَّبْيِ حَتَّى تَضَعَ، وَعَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Tha'labah al-Khushani (may Allah be pleased with him) that in the year of Khaybar the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the meat of domestic donkeys, having intercourse with a pregnant woman from among the captives, and every predator with fangs.
