حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحُلْوَانِيُّ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ جَمِيلٍ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ فَايدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ، ثنا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ هِرْمَاسِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: أَهْدَى إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قَوْمِي تَمْرًا فَقَالَ: «أَيُّ التَّمْرٍ هَذَا؟» فَقَالَ: الْجُذَامِيُّ، فَقَالَ: «اللهُمَّ بَارِكْ فِي الْجُذَامِيِّ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Hirmas bin Ziyad (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: A man from my people gave dates as a gift to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). He (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "What kind of dates are these?" He said: Judhami. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Allah, bless the Judhami dates."
