حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ الصُّورِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ فَايِدٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ، عَنِ الْهِرْمَاسِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لِلسَّائِلِ حَقٌّ وَإِنْ جَاءَ عَلَى فَرَسٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Hirmas bin Ziyad (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The one who asks has a right, even if he comes riding on a horse."
