أبو المليح بن أسامة الهذلي، عن واثلة
Abu al-Malih bin Usamah al-Hudhali from Wathilah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18410 — he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيُّ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وجَرِيرٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَقَدْ أُمِرْتُ بِالسِّوَاكِ حَتَّى لَقَدْ خَشِيتُ أَنْ يَكْتُبَ عَلَيَّ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Wathilah bin al-Asqa' (may Allah be pleased with him) that he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I have been commanded to use the siwak (tooth-stick) so much that I feared it would be made obligatory upon me."
