حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَتَّوَيْهِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثنا الْيَمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْمِصِّيصِيُّ، ثنا أَشْعَثُ بْنُ شُعْبَةَ، ثنا ورْقَاءُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: كَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ يُحَدِّثُهُمْ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ وَائِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: «رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ قَامَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ، وَحِينَ رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Wa'il bin Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: "I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): when he stood for the prayer he raised his hands, and when he raised his head from the bowing (ruku') he did the same."
