Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18089 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، وَعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ قَالَا: ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تُحَرِّمُ الْعَنَقَةُ» ، قُلْنَا: وَمَا الْعَنَقَةُ؟ قَالَ: «الْمَرْأَةُ تَلِدُ فَتَحْصُرُ اللَّبَنَ فِي ثَدْيِهَا، فَتُرْضِعُ جَارَتَهَا الْمَرَّةَ وَالْمَرَّتَيْنِ»
Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The 'anaqah (a small amount of suckling) does not establish the prohibition of fosterage." We asked: What is the 'anaqah? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A woman gives birth and the milk is held back (and collects) in her breast, so she suckles her neighbour's (child) once or twice."
