Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18083 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Some

حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثنا يَحْيَى، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، ثنا قَيْسٌ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَنْ يَزَالَ نَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى النَّاسِ، حَتَّى يَأْتِيَهُمُ اللهُ وَهُمْ ظَاهِرُونَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Some people from my Ummah will always remain dominant over the people, until (the command of) Allah comes to them while they are still dominant."
