Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18069 — he helped the Prophet ﷺ perform

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، أَنَّهُ وَضَّأَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «فَتَوَضَّأَ فَمَسَحَ عَلَى خُفَّيْهِ وَعَلَى الْخِمَارِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he helped the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) perform ablution, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks and his turban.
