Aqqar bin al-Mughirah from his father al-Mughirah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 18018 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ gave
حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ، ثنا قَيْسٌ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ حَارِِثَةََ، عَنْ عَقَّارِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ» قَضَى فِي الْجَنِينِ غُرَّةٌ عَبْدٌ أَوْ أَمَةٌ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave the judgement of a ghurrah - a male or female slave - for a fetus that was lost through miscarriage.
