Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 1783 — Sayyiduna Jabir said: I heard the Prophet

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ يَقُولُ: «لَا يَزَالُ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ ظَاهِرًا عَلَى مَنْ نَاوَأَهُ لَا يَضُرَّهُ مُخَالِفٌ وَلَا مَفَارِقٌ حَتَّى يَمْضِيَ اثْنَا عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ»
Al-Sha'bi narrates that Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say during the Farewell Hajj: "This matter will always remain victorious over those who oppose it; no opponent will harm it, nor anyone who separates from it, until twelve caliphs from Quraysh have passed."
