Khalid bin Ma'dan from al-Miqdam (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17775 — the Prophet ﷺ said: Eat the pre-dawn

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ بَحِيرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ مَعْدَانَ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «عَلَيْكُمْ بِالسَّحُورِ فَإِنَّهُ الْغِذَاءُ الْمُبَارَكُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Miqdam bin Ma'di Karib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Eat the pre-dawn meal (suhur), for it is a blessed meal."
