Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17646 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Act

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، ثنا عِمْرَانُ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اعْمَلُوا بِكِتَابِ اللهِ وَلَا تُكَذِّبُوا بِشَيْءٍ مِنْهُ، فَمَا اشْتَبَهَ مِنْهُ عَلَيْكُمْ فَسَلُوا عَنْهُ أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ يُخْبِرُوكُمْ، وَآمِنُوا بِالتَّوْرَاةِ وَالْإِنْجِيلِ فَإِنَّ فِيهِ الْبَيَانَ وَهُوَ شَافِعٌ وَمَا حَلَّ يُصَدَّقُ»
Sayyiduna Ma'qil bin Yasar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Act upon the Book of Allah and do not deny anything of it. Whatever of it seems unclear to you, ask the people of knowledge about it and they will inform you. And believe in the Torah and the Injil (Gospel), for in it (the Book of Allah) there is clear explanation, and it is an intercessor, and what it makes lawful is to be affirmed as true."
