حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدَ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ زَبَّانَ بْنِ فَايِدٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ بَنَى بُنْيَانًا فِي غَيْرِ ظُلْمٍ وَلَا اعْتِدَاءٍ كَانَ لَهُ أَجْرُهُ مَا انْتَفَعَ بِهِ أَحَدٌ مِنْ خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Anas al-Juhani (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever constructs a building without any injustice or transgression, it will be a reward for him as long as anyone from the creation of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Mighty and Majestic, benefits from it."
