Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Afra' (may Allah be pleased with him) was performing tawaf of the House; he performed tawaf after Asr but did not pray. A man - from Quraysh, whose name was also Mu'adh - said to him: "What prevented you from praying?" He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): "He (peace and blessings be upon him) used to forbid praying after two prayers: after Fajr until the sun rises, and after Asr until the sun sets."
