Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17372 — from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal

Sulaym bin Amir (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw a man wearing a cloak of silk, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "(This is) a collar of fire."
