حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ، ثنا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَا: ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ظَبْيَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَبِيتُ عَلَى ذِكْرِ اللهِ طَاهِرًا فَيَتَعَارَّ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَيَسْأَلَ اللهَ خَيْرًا مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ إِيَّاهُ» زَادَ مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ: قَالَ حَمَّادٌ: فَقَدْ مَرَّ عَلَيْنَا أَبُو ظَبْيَةَ فَحَدَّثَنَا، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ
Abu Zabyah (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No Muslim spends the night in remembrance of Allah in a state of purity, then wakes suddenly during the night and asks Allah for good of this world and the Hereafter, except that Allah surely grants it to him." Musa bin Isma'il added: Hammad said: Then Abu Zabyah passed by us and narrated to us from Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), a hadith like it.
