Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17362 — from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِي، ثنا صَدَقَةُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ أَخِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَائِذٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ مِنْ أَبْغَضِ الْخَلْقِ إِلَى اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَمَنْ آمَنَ ثُمَّ كَفَرَ»
Amr bin al-Aswad (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, among the most hated of creation to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, is the one who believed and then disbelieved."
