Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 17328 — The Prophet ﷺ was in our house

Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was in our house inspecting horses, when Uyaynah bin Hisn came in to him and said to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): You know horses better than I do, and I know men better than you do. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Then which men are best?" He said: Men who carry their swords on their shoulders, and rest their spears on the withers of their horses, and wear the cloaks of the people of Najd. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "You have lied. The best of men are the men of Yemen. Faith is Yemeni, and the tribe with the most people in Paradise will be Madhhij. The eaten of Himyar are better than those who eat them, and Hadramawt is better than Kindah. So may Allah curse the four kings: Jamd, Mishrah, Mikhwas and Abda', and their sister al-Amarradah."
