حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى أَبُو مُوسَى، ثنا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ مِنْ بَنِي مَرَّةَ بْنِ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَوْ كُنْتُ آمِرًا أَحَدًا أَنْ يَسْجُدَ لِأَحَدٍ لَأَمَرْتُ الْمَرْأَةَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِهَا مِنْ حَقِّهِ عَلَيْهَا، وَلَا تَجِدُ امْرَأَةٌ حَلَاوَةَ الْإِيمَانِ حَتَّى تُؤَدِّيَ حَقَّ زَوْجِهَا، وَلَوْ سَأَلَهَا نَفْسَهَا عَلَى قَتَبٍ»
Sayyiduna Abu Layla al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If I were to command anyone to prostrate to anyone else, I would have commanded the woman to prostrate to her husband, because of the right he has over her. And no woman finds the sweetness of faith until she fulfils the right of her husband, even if he calls her to himself while (she is sitting) on a camel saddle."
