أبو أسماء الرحبي، عن معاوية
Abu Asma al-Rahabi from Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16913 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Whomever
حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، وَعَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، قَالَا: ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ رَاشِدِ بْنِ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ يُرِدِ اللهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whomever Allah intends good for, He grants him understanding of the religion."
