حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَدَقَةَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ خُلِّيٍّ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثنا أَبِي، عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، عَنْ مُبَشِّرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ بِشْرِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ سَرَّهُ إِذَا رَأَتْهُ الرِّجَالُ مُقْبِلًا أَنْ يَتَمَثَّلُوا لَهُ قِيَامًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بَيْتًا فِي النَّارِ»
Imam Umar bin Abdul Aziz (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father, from his grandfather, from Sayyiduna Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is pleased that, when people see him coming, they stand up for him, let him take up his abode in the Fire."
