حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ مَرْثَدٍ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ، ثنا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ جُنْدُبٍ، عَنْ أَسْلَمَ، مَوْلَى عُمَرَ، قَالَ: «قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ وَهُوَ أَبْيَضُ النَّاسِ وَأَجْمَلُهُمْ»
Aslam, the freed slave of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), said: "Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) came to us, and he was the fairest of people in complexion and the most handsome of them."
