Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16668 — I came to the Prophet ﷺ wearing worn-out

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Malik bin Nadlah al-Jushami (may Allah be pleased with him); he said: I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wearing worn-out clothes, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do you have wealth?" I said: Yes, every kind of wealth Allah has given me. Then he listed horses, camels, slaves and sheep. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When Allah grants you good, let it be seen upon you."
He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do your camels give birth with their ears complete?" He said: "Then you take your blade and say: This one is a bahr and these are surum?" I said: Yes. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Everything that Allah has given you is lawful; the forearm of Allah is stronger, and the blade of Allah is sharper."
