Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16588 — I went near my mother's cooking pot

Sayyiduna Muhammad bin Hatib (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I went near my mother's cooking pot and it tipped over onto me while I was a small boy. My mother brought me to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he (peace and blessings be upon him) recited a ruqyah over me and said: "'Adhhib al-ba's, Rabb al-nas, washfi anta al-Shafi, la shafiya illa ant' (Remove the harm, O Lord of mankind! And heal, You are the Healer; there is no healer except You)." He said: I did not retain these words, so I asked my mother about them, and she told them to me during the time of Sayyiduna Uthman (may Allah be pleased with him).
