Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16575 — he came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ

It is narrated from Ibn Safwan (may Allah be pleased with him) that he came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) with two rabbits, holding them hanging in his hand, and said: O Messenger of Allah! I went to my goats and found these two rabbits, and I had nothing of iron with which to slaughter them, so I slaughtered them with a sharp stone. May I eat them? He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Yes."
