Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16513 — he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin al-Uqayli (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "A dream is on the foot of a bird as long as it is not interpreted; once it is interpreted, it comes to pass."
And he said: "A dream is one of forty-six parts of prophethood." And I think he (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: "He should tell it only to someone who loves (him) or someone of sound judgement."
