Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16118 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: The earth

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدُوِسِ بْنِ كَامِلٍ السِّرَاجُ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نِيزَكٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَدَقَةَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأَزْدِيُّ، قَالَا: ثنا دَاوُدُ بْنُ الْمُحَبَّرِ بْنِ قَحْذَمَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي الْمُحَبَّرُ بْنُ قَحْذَمَ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَتُمْلَأَنَّ الْأَرْضُ ظُلْمًا وَجَوْرًا كَمَا مُلِئَتْ قِسْطًا وَعَدْلًا، حَتَّى يَبْعَثَ اللهُ رَجُلًا مِنِّي اسْمُهُ اسْمِي وَاسْمُ أَبِيهِ اسْمُ أَبِي فَيَمْلَأَهَا قِسْطًا وَعَدْلًا كَمَا مُلِئَتْ ظُلْمًا وَجَوْرًا، يَلْبَثُ فِيكُمْ سَبْعًا أَوْ ثَمَانِيًا فَإِنْ كَثُرَ فَتِسْعًا، لَا تَمْنَعُ السَّمَاءُ شَيْئًا مِنْ قَطْرِهَا، وَلَا الْأَرْضُ شَيْئًا مِنْ نَبَاتِهَا»
Sayyiduna Qurrah bin Iyas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The earth will be filled with oppression and tyranny just as it had been filled with justice and fairness, until Allah sends a man from my progeny whose name is my name and whose father's name is my father's name. He will fill it with justice and fairness just as it had been filled with oppression and tyranny. He will remain among you for seven or eight years, and if more, then nine years. During that time the sky will not withhold anything of its rain, nor will the earth withhold anything of its produce."
