Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 16103 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Fasting

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ثنا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «صِيَامُ الْبِيضِ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ وَإِفْطَارُهُ»
Sayyiduna Qurrah bin Iyas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Fasting the White Days is (as if) fasting the whole of time and breaking the fast the whole of time."
