Reports Qays bin Sad (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15988 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: My Lord

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ سَوَادَةَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ رَبِّي حَرَّمَ عَلَيَّ الْخَمْرَ، وَالْكُوبَةَ، وَالقِيَانَ» ثُمَّ قَالَ: «إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْغُبَيْرَاءَ فَإِنَّهَا خَمْرٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Qays bin Sa'd bin Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My Lord has forbidden to me wine, the kubah (a drum / gambling instrument) and singing slave-girls." Then he said: "Beware of ghubayra' (an intoxicating drink), for it is wine."
