Sayyiduna al-Faltan bin Asim (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and we were sitting waiting for him when he came out to us with anger on his face. He sat for a long time without speaking; then this state left him, and he said: "I came out to you when the Night of Decree and the Messiah of misguidance had been made clear to me, and I came out to make it clear to you. Then in the mosque I found two men quarrelling, with Satan between them, and I intervened between them; because of this it was snatched from me. So seek it in the last ten. As for the Messiah of misguidance (the Dajjal), he will have a broad, bare forehead, a wiped-out eye and a wide neck, with traces of blood on it; it is as if he is Ibn al-Uzza, or Ibn al-Uzza the son of so-and-so."
