حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ حَمْدَانَ الْحَنَفِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ، ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، قَالَ: «كُنْتُ مَعَ قُرَيْشٍ فِي مَنْزِلَهُمْ، دُونَ عَرَفَةَ، فَأَضْلَلْتُ حِمَارًا، فَانْطَلَقْتُ أَبْتَغِيهِ، فِي النَّاسِ الَّذِينَ بِعَرَفَةَ، فَوَجَدْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعَرَفَةَ»
Sayyiduna Jubayr bin Mut'im (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I was with Quraysh at their camp, short of Arafah, and I lost a donkey. So I went out searching for it among the people who were at Arafah, and I found the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) at Arafah.
