Hanash from Fadalah bin Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15872 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، ثنا حَسَّانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ، عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا حَبَسٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Fadalah bin Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no habs (withholding)."
