Hanash from Fadalah bin Ubayd (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15871 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There are
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ حَنَشِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ السَّبَأِيِّ، عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «ثَلَاثٌ لَا يَجُوزُ اللَّعِبُ فِيهِنَّ، الطَّلَاقُ، وَالنِّكَاحُ، وَالْعِتْقُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Fadalah bin Ubayd al-Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three things in which jesting is not permissible: divorce, marriage, and freeing a slave."
