حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ مُحْرِزٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَوَاءً وَزَادَ فِيهِ: «وَخَلَقَ الذِّكْرَ» قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ: «هَذَا الْحَرْفُ كَانَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ يُخْطِئُ فِيهِ، وَيَنْهَاهُ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ أَنْ يُحَدِّثَ بِهِ» ، " وَالصَّوَابُ مَا رَوَى أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ وَغَيْرُهُ: وَكَتَبَ الذِّكْرَ "
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates the same from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), except that it contains this addition: "And He created the Dhikr (the Preserved Tablet)." Imam Abu al-Qasim al-Tabarani (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Muhammad bin Ubayd used to make a mistake in this word, and Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal used to forbid him from narrating it this way. What is correct is what Abu Bakr bin Ayyash and others narrated: 'And He wrote the Dhikr.'"
