Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15579 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ النَّضْرِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى، ثنا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحَنْظَلِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no vow in a matter of sin, and its expiation is like the expiation for an oath."
