Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15578 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: There

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَلْمٍ الرَّازِيُّ، ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، ثنا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَنْظَلِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةٍ، وَكَفَّارَتُهُ يَمِينٌ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no vow in a matter of sin, and its expiation is equal to that of an oath."
