Muhammad bin Sirin from Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him)
Mu'jam Kabir Tabarani 15536 — the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to us

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ قَالَ: قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ صَبْرٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا كَاذِبٌ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ بِوَجْهِهِ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ»
Sayyiduna Imran bin Husayn (may Allah be pleased with him) said: the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to us: "Whoever swears a binding oath (imposed by the judge) in order to seize the property of a Muslim man by it, while he is lying in it, let him take his seat in the Fire on his face."
